The site identifies Randolph County and West Virginia record resources. It is neither a private investigation firm nor a consumer reporting agency.
1. What This Website Is
This is a private reference site, independent of government. It does not store official criminal records, retrieve files, conduct official checks, or submit documents for a visitor.
Its purpose is to identify the custodians of Randolph County records, such as Sheriff Law Enforcement, the court clerks, WVDCR, the West Virginia State Police Criminal Identification Bureau, and the West Virginia Sex Offender Registry. Some pages also connect visitors to independently run search tools.

3. No Harassment, Stalking, or Discrimination
No one may use site content or linked results to stalk, intimidate, threaten, harass, or unlawfully discriminate against another person. West Virginia's Sex Offender Registration Act, Chapter 15, Article 12, governs registry publication and penalties, while the WVSP registry warning states that threats, harassment, and intimidation will be investigated. Registry information exists for lawful safety precautions, not retaliation or vigilante conduct.
4. We Are Not a Consumer Reporting Agency
We are not a consumer reporting agency under the FCRA and do not create credit reports, background reports, or other consumer reports. Visitors agree not to use data from this site or a linked tool to:
- Make an employment decision
- Evaluate a tenant or housing application

- Determine eligibility for a permit, license, or government benefit
- Carry out any other FCRA-regulated purpose
A legally permissible official check must use an authorized channel. West Virginia's CIB repository is fingerprint based, and W. Va. Code §15-2-24(d) requires written, acknowledged subject authorization for covered nongovernmental dissemination.
